1. Define and Articulate your course topic
Apply frameworks to pin-point your ideal student persona for your course and empathise with their needs, wants and desires. Perform a rapid demand test to validate your course topic.
3. Marketing and Sales
Formulate and execute on a marketing and sales plan that creates a consistent stream of students signing up to your course. Have your first set of customers by the end of the accelerator.

4. Teach to Inspire
