For most of my life, I felt misunderstood. In school and my job, I struggled to feel accepted because I couldn't work or do something the same way as everyone else. 

When I moved to the UK in 2011 from Queensland Australia, I started my journey to understand why I was who I was. As I started uncovering how I understood the world around me, I began to build out a toolkit to adapt to how others worked.

With over 10 years of experience, I have successfully built 10+ high-performing, self-organising teams, helped individuals grow and transformed businesses in how they worked. 

I always put people at the centre of anything I do. I believe that everyone brings their unique individuality to what they do and by empowering them, we all come together to create something truly remarkable.
