Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Let's Level Up Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from accessing or using our services.

User Accounts

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts on the Let's Level Up Platform. They are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Digital Products

  1. Creators retain ownership of digital products uploaded to Let's Level Up and grant the Platform a license to distribute and sell these products.
  2. Buyers agree to use purchased digital products for personal use only and not for resale or redistribution.
  3. Let's Level Up strictly prohibits the sale of inappropriate or illegal content on the platform. This includes but is not limited to content that is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

  1. Creators must respect the intellectual property rights of others and refrain from infringing upon those rights.
  2. If any creator is suspected of selling or distributing inappropriate content through the Let's Level Up platform, Let's Level Up reserves the right to take action, including but not limited to blocking the user's account from the platform or removing their products linked to inappropriate content.

Limitation of Liability

Let's Level Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from access to or use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree that the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this agreement.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Let's Level Up reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for updates.
